We have just finished a full refurbishment of a 2 bed property in Marton, Blackpool which took 32 Days on site. This has been a very enjoyable project and the end result has been something to be proud of. We took a large proportion of the house back to brick and with the help of RTC installed a new DPC injection. As you can see no stone was left unturned and we even had to install gas in the property. An Alpha boiler was fitting with a fantastic 7 year warranty. This is going to be a great home for some lucky person. Alternatively a bullet proof investment in a rental portfolio.
